Week one

Join the new starts video call, get orientated.

Live support sessions for 1hr daily: Mon-Thurs.

Mind - Watch the video lesson on self awareness and understanding habits. Start learning the techniques to become more self-aware, the first step in taking control.

Body - Try our Mobility & Flow sequence, join in the Pilates (or watch on catch up) and watch your nutrition lesson of choice.

Week 2

Live support sessions for 1hr daily: Mon-Thurs.

Mind - Watch the video lesson on challenging your habits, breaking the habit loop. Time to get up close and personal with your own habits! Are they serving you?

Body - Why not try out our squats routine for strength & toning, join in the Pilates (or watch on catch up) and watch your nutrition lesson of choice.

Week 3

Live support sessions for 1hr daily: Mon-Thurs.

Mind - Watch the video lesson on establishing new processes for creating habits and letting go of old patterns.

Body - Try one of the weekly exercise snack ideas, try out push ups (for all levels) and join in the Pilates (or watch on catch up). Watch your nutrition lesson of choice.

 

Week 4

Live support sessions for 1hr daily: Mon-Thurs.

Mind - Watch your video guide on letting go, emotional energy & the power of thought. Bring balance back with this thoughtful review.

Body - Build your strength and tone with the plank exercise and join in the Pilates (or watch on catch up). Watch your nutrition lesson of choice. The Energy edit is a perfect video as you regain some of your vavavoom!

 

All participants can opt to stay in the programme as a Advance Member. We stay with you all the way.
